I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago and was told that they had enough to do
without having to issue new cards to existing season ticket holders !!! Only issuing cards to
new members eg. my partner.

It's strange because I only asked the question as to when they would be issued, as I had read
it somewhere on here that new cards were to be issued.

Maybe, just maybe, I was correct. Who knows ? ;)

I contacted the club a few weeks ago concerning renewing existing card and got a nice reply saying that existing cards would be being used again this coming season.

It looks identical to last season’s card(white) but the information with it says “please destroy any previous season teamcards you have as they are no longer useable.

It depends whether you've changed age category or seats.

We've switched from JMU to CFS as it works out cheaper given the age of the kids. I got 1 new card today (mine). Hopefully there are 3 more in the post.....

You will always get a new card if your circumstances change in terms of category or seat number. I wasn't aware there were new ones going out to everyone, a surprise if so given we got new ones last year. I'll try to find out.

New one arrived here. I reckon they’re just sending out a few to achieve social distancing. Obviously only to special fans.

You’ll be able to throw a few balls down whilst you’re up there.

Post by Mickclaret » Fri Sep 11, 2020 2:17 pm

Don’t worry about it. It’s not like we are going on any time soon is it.

The cards are being sent out to those season ticket holders who requested a refund on the final four games of last season by visiting the ticket office. If you are in that situation and you get one or more new cards through the post they will need to be checked to see which is the active card.

If you requested a refund online, you shouldn't be getting a new card.

One for the games you’re allowed to go on
One for the games you aren’t 😁

Just call into the ticket office with them all and they'll sort it out for you
