Which football players would make good cricketers?
Joey Barton as fast bowler. Plenty of aggression and of course he would be a dab hand at a bit of sledging.
Pope, Allison and Ederson in the slips - good hands
Messi and Ronaldo as spinners?

Messi would be the most skilful spin bowler ever to play the game, or a very technical batsman like Sachin. Ronaldo would be an incredible all rounder who would be a great quick bowler and destructive batsman in the mould of Ben Stokes.
