Yes Vinicuna, about 40M SE of Cusco/Machu Pichu, though like Ayers Rock in Australia, how 'colourful' it is depends on the sunlight strength/angle, that said, I suspect that the photo used has be intensified/brightened a bit on photoshop too; I've been there twice and on both ocassions the colours were more pastel shades, though still pretty cool.
