It's not really a fashion. The two best players of all time play on the 'wrong side', as you put it.
Think you got mistaken McNeil plays on the right.

I also think that probably should have been a red. Carroll is a tit.
He is a nasty ******* who shouldn't be on any football pitch. One day, he'll break someone's neck!

Does Saint-Maximin remind you of the school yard kid who, when receiving the ball, always wants to show you one of his tricks?

I'm not sure exactly, but it is possible to buy him with contactless payment.

It's a good job there aren't any fans in the ground or there might be another pitch invasion, West Ham are appalling.

Ritchie is left footed, often played left back or left wing back last season.

Westwood is at least as good as Rice, I just don't get how he is supposed to be an England player.

Great goal, and an assist, if only we could have kept him.

At least the Geordies who were underwhelmed by his signing now know they got a good one.

He played well in our system. Never understood the crap he got from some on here.

West Ham poor and looks like a continuation of last season. Glad I put a bet on last week for them to get relegated.

Good debut for Jeff, a goal and an assist, you can definitely say he impacted on the match.

I was one of those who would have liked to have kept him, he was invaluable to us, mainly due to his versatility, but he choose to pursue a different path, so we need to move on.

If Hendrick is playing out wide for Newcastle, he probably won’t get as much game time as he did here. Aren’t both Fraser and Ritchie right wingers?
I think they are looking to move Ritchie on

Even if they up their game twofold, I can't see it either.
That was a genuine shocker from them tonight.
Doesn't look a happy place to be just now. Tarks take note...

Chelsea haven't got any good defenders. They conceded 54 goals last season.
They’ve a few good uns. Get a solid keeper and they’ll do far better. Chalk 10 off that total this season and they’ll be up there challenging.

Just watched MOtD and think Leeds looked impressive but more so Newcastle with their new player Jeff Hendrick, where did they get him from?

5 pages and nobody mentioned that Man Utd played Villa, looks like they really needed that extra rest after all.

A pre-season friendly is not a competitive game. Are you suggesting that Man Utd’s players should all be sat at home with their feet up until next weekend?

0-0 at Spurs nearing HT, a clean sheet so far for Keane and Pickford, the latter is playing well it has to be said.
