Drink it more or less daily for breakfast. Great stuff.

I have one shake per day to replace dinner.
Takes a bit of getting used to but I feel better for it

Used to have it when I played footy straight after work before lockdown for a bit of energy. Found it pretty tasteless and not a great texture but mixed it with a bit of skimmed milk and it was drinkable and did the trick energy wise

It's a great t-shirt to be fair.

The added fibre gave me a bit of an issue for a week or so but it soon passed (literally).
