'I just don't where we are with it all, I've got to say. I haven't got a clue,' he said in his pre-match press conference.

'Am I allowed to see my nan? Am I allowed to see my mum? But then we can have 1,000 people in a ground but we can't have 15,000 and then I can't go and have a pint with my mates unless there's only six of us.

'So I've got to say I'm like the majority of the people in this country have not got a clue what's going off... haven't got a clue.

'If anybody can help me. I'll try and affect that game of football and help with the staff and the boys getting a result but everything else, all that other stuff, I ain't got a clue.'

And then you have Cummings going out for a meal with 12 of his mates to make sure his mouth works.

He shouldn't be.

But I get the impression he's started to like the sound of his own voice rather than making political statements?

A bit like when Ollie got a few laughs in his press conferences. He tried it every time he was in front of the camera.

He's probably just being a bit light hearted about it, but its never been a complex topic. the guidelines inevitably change, and there's daily updates to tell everyone what they can or can't do.

I think our own manager fell into this trap this week in his press conference.

But I think he came across acknowledging the limitations of what he can do..........probably a bit mindful that if they don’t have a good start he could be potted..........whereas SD referred again to messi, but we found a player for a tenner.......very difficult to predict and SD is the perfect fit for us, but if I were a betting man ........he’ll be off .......

Don’t know him but he is building a huge, huge house just around the corner from me. People speak fondly of him.

He's been like that for years.

But it must get annoying how many times they get asked the same stupid questions?

I hate it when dyche tries saying turf or the turf instead of turf moor. It's embarrassing like he's trying too hard.
