Is Charlie Taylor going to be the next Hendricks ?

Post by kenyon6923 » Sun Sep 20, 2020 1:12 pm

Just turned 27 last week, out of contract in June 2021 and free to speak to clubs "as a free agent" from December. How can we compete with new wages when another club can dwarf his current Burnley wage as there paying no transfer fee as per Hendricks.

If he chooses to go then so be it.

Down to the club to organise a replacement.

Will be.

Just means we have to put up with people on here claiming the club didn't place Taylor into some sort of choke hold, thus forcing him to sign a new contract.

That's what went on with Hendrick

Glad that’s sorted.

Let’s see if we can wait for it to go all pear shaped before complaining it’s gone pear shaped.

Love how quick the board are tying down players on new contracts these days. It gets flagged on here it is running out, within an hour he has signed for a couple more years. Well done everyone at the club
