He definitely said it about Vydra. I don’t recall him mentioning it about McNeill though.

It has been mentioned in dispatches a few times that Dyche has asked McNeil to smile more. He's even seen putting fingers to face, gesticulating to McNeil in a project restart game (Palace I think) and pulling his face from a frown into a smile with his fingers.

You are mixing people up. It was McNeil. See Ben's post above.

Ive never seen the happy clappers so willing to dismiss some of our players as second rate as they are on here in order to defend McNeil's honour.
Its all very sweet but i'll be sure to remind them next time they are having a hissy fit at someone daring to criticise a Burnley player
