3 class goals to be fair.

And a lot of Muppets on here used to slag him off as a cry baby - maybe a certain person should give players a chance now and then eh

Speaking of muppets, how are you doing these days?
As for giving players a chance, he had plenty and it's taken him until his mid to late 20's to finally start showing he can do something other than have a tantrum or cry in his car.

Have you ever cried in your car GodisaDeeJay81? I have. Sometimes life is hard. It takes a man to admit that things can get on top of us. It’s better than storing up your frustration and anger and then releasing it in an act of violence.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 1:12 pmSpeaking of muppets, how are you doing these days?

Think some feel he wasn’t nt given a proper chance with us and now he is proving what he is capable ofpersonally I wish him every success except when playing against the Clarets. that said he wil probably bang in another hat trickAlargeClaret wrote: ↑Sun Sep 27, 2020 2:20 pmDoes anyone really care ? Never cried over a job, because that's all they are, a job and anyone half decent at a job can get another one easy enough.
Especially footballers.

Our jobs take up a big part of our lives. Being happy in your work goes a long way to being happy in life I would have thought. If you’re having a bad time at work I’d say it is perfectly manly to cry in your car.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 3:09 pmNever cried over a job, because that's all they are, a job and anyone half decent at a job can get another one easy enough.

He used to be a bit rubbish, now he’s a bit good. Fair play to him. Some footballers get better, some get worse. He wasn’t good enough for us at the time.

Let's see how he does over the season.
Didn't Pukki start off like a house on fire last season with Norwich?

That's why I don't cry over a job if I don't feel happy, I just go get another one as I mentioned earlier about people being able to find other jobs.
I'm one of those people who don't understand others that stay at places of employment that makes them unhappy.

Re: BAMFORD
Of course, we can only judge him on the season so far. I think it’s fair to say that he offers far more to Leeds than Pukki did to Norwich. Leeds are better than Norwich and Bamford is better than Pukki.

I've never had a problem with Leeds as a club and they play some good stuff.
Their problem is their fans.

1-1 Giroud.
A few more goals in this game, methinks.

Is this now the official game thread?
If so, I always thought Chilwell was over-rated and a bit sh1t, to be honest.
Not doing a lot to change my mind.

Top finish from Bamford by the way. But I doubt Pope would have dropped himself in it like that.

Stats show Chelsea the better team across everything.
Think Leeds will need to spend yet another £100 million in January.

Re: BAMFORD
Chelsea could be heading top, can they stay there I have my doubts, but Frank's clearly got them playing, and given the state of the league this season it'd be folly to discount a squad of their calibre and winning mentality.

Aye, I would put Chelsea as favourites. Frank has done a good job, England will beckon.

I still fancy Liverpool to win it, assuming their injury situation clears up a bit, and they can get the likes of Thiago back.

Re: BAMFORD
They could well win it, going forward they have a plethora of attacking options, and their early defensive woes appear to have been addressed, in hindsight that 1st half drubbing by West Brom might have been a blessing in disguise for them, it's certainly proved the kick up the backside they needed, and they haven't looked back since. Plus they probably can afford to strengthen in January should they need to.
