Newcastle

We have no chance next week against Newcastle if they have the same amount of luck as they have had against Spurs.

Another crazy penalty decision.

Time to scrap VAR and the people who keep changing the rules.

The handball decision was a disgrace ,football is finished as a watchable sport unless they change the handball rule.

I agree completely, watching the palace & everton game yesterday somebody mentioned it'll be next march by the time the rulemakers can review & possibly amend, so it's here to stay for quite awhile now & no guarantee of changing even in march.

How long before players are deliberately heading the ball onto someone's arm? It will happen guaranteed.

The 'Beautiful game' is fast becoming ugly.

Pope

Bardsley Long Dunne Taylor
McNeil Westwood Brownhill Glennon
Vydra Wood

Yes Glennon isn’t a left midfielder but he will have fight and eager to make an impression. Let’s face it, we get can’t worse and I’m a big fan of Glennon.

EDIT: Might of misread the Thread a bit

Carroll could blow our centre backs into the Tyne, I fear!

More like elbow them into to Tyne as he has very little else to offer these days!

They will not change it because we now have the same interpretation as Europe and the whole thing is what FIFA want.
Get used to it and wait for the introduction of further ideas to ruin the game in March.

I just feel sorry for the officials who have to go along with all this, perhaps that's why they don't want to let the fans back in so that there is no trouble :D
