Not sure there's going to be 3 worse teams than us this season unless something drastic happens in the transfer market.

Still confident of WBA Fulham and Sheff United finishing below is. A couple of signings and possibly more importantly several returns from injury will see us string together one of those runs that we seem to do every season

Don't say that. We are currently one of the 3 worst teams.

Can it be rectified? 100% it can, but at this moment in time, we are one of the 3 worst teams and we need to sort it.

Two years ago we'd just lost heavily to Everton on Boxing Day 5-1

We were 18th with 12 points from 19 matches.

Win our game in hand and we can go as high as 10th. It might be a touch early to start waving the white flag.

100% too early. We probably deserved a point vs Southampton. Leicester are top of the table and have just battered Man City.

It doesn't matter where you are after 2 games, it's where you finish after 38 games that's important.

Far too early to panic, there's months of footy to play, and we'll hit a purple patch sooner or later, probably when our injuries start abating.

To put our start into perspective, we've lost at Leicester, and look at their result today, and we've lost narrowly at home to Southampton, who boosted one of the best away records in the PL last season.

We've faced adversity throughout our time in this league, and we've overcome the odds on each occasion, so before you all throw the towel in just remember that we possess a strong jaw.

With a bench of... Heaton, JBG, Wood, Vydra, McNeil, Long and Bardsley. 5 of them playing the next game that we went on to win. 2 of them scoring. We don't even have a striker fit for the bench at the min.

Big difference

Not sure games in hand matter at this stage.

Aye, and that was after half the season had been played, not two games.

Our bench would be just as strong If we got all our players back after 19 matches.

Not sure anyone is waving the white flag. Simply recognising we look poor and a lot of our rivals have strengthened.

This is my point. We're missing Toekowski and that's our main challenge if he throws his toys out of the pram, but a right midfielder would be what we need.

The many injuries have taken a pain in the backside to a full blown Proctocolectomy.

If we got every player fully fit our squad is just as strong as the majority of teams in the Prem and would survive with ease, regardless of who other teams have survived.

Like the Toekowski Frank! Sadly I think he has already toe punted his toys out of the pram. He has got previous in this department. Big position to fill when he goes and yes we do need a right midfielder, but where from?

I would want an attacking tricky right midfielder. We can defend and press well but we need to be more dangerous on the counter-attack. For me, we just aren't dangerous enough.

Ryan Sessegnon on loan, unless we can get Wilson. More pace needed.

Imperative that we get a centre half in and / or keep Tarks - unlikely. The planning for this should have been in place some time ago.
Which toe is it by the way? Which foot?

Where is Ben Mee? Looks like he will have to indoctrinate a new CB partner now.

Way too early to panic. That result yesterday puts our result at Leicester very much in perspective. Some very bizarre results early on this season. Who'd have thought Man Utd would lose 1-3 to Palace? Wolves at West Ham 4-0? Nobody saw that coming, nor the 2-5 for Leicester at City. WBA scoring 3 at any time let alone against Chelsea. I wouldn't read anything into the tables for a good few weeks yet.

We conceded one less Vs Leicester than Manchester City and if anything, we were just as unlucky.

Best time of the season to get bad results, gives us time to turn it around.

It’s a confidence thing. Imagine if we’d spanked Utd (if that game wasn’t moved), then drew with Leicester and beat Soton?

A season is viewed over 38 games and not 2.
Let's stay positive. However the next week is a big week for Burnley, there's no doubt about that.
