I wonder if Dyche has told them "you can have Robbie, because he's injured anyway, but you cant have my last 2 fit centre backs..."

Does he have to play in these games? I don’t think it’s very good idea.

To be fair, one of them is a full back

Kind of shocked that Kevin has not been picked in a way , the only thing i can think of Kenny has Duffy which very much like Kevin in many ways but 3 games in a short time should have had room for him .
On the other hand it's the 2nd time Kenny has not picked him maybe he does not rate him ?

Let's hope he gets some minutes under his belt, and he comes back injury free this time.

I'm glad Kev Long hasn't been picked, we need all our players available, or resting when they're not playing, we can't afford anymore injuries.

Have to disagree with you there Tiger as i love to see Burnley players playing for Ireland and doing well also

Normally I'd agree with you, and it's great when our players get called up, but we're already down to the bare bones, so in terms of priority, BFC takes precedence over Ireland for me I'm afraid.

Defence isn't the issue for the Republic, everybody knows their problem is sticking the ball in the onion bag, and until they can find a solution for that, they'll struggle to qualify for major tournaments on a regular basis unfortunately.
