Good video here that shows how divided they are:
I'd be interested to hear from Trump supporters on here, such as Ringo or Dom, or Damo whether they think the virus is a hoax and wearing masks is a pointless exercise, like many of his supporters do?

It's a coincidence that Trump has hammered China with tariffs and then a kung flu virus is let loose that is set to destroy the Western economy.

Do you think we should do away with any social distancing, lockdowns etc. and allow people - (old and young) to mix as they wish, without masks?HahaYeah wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 11:08 amIt's a coincidence that Trump has hammered China with tariffs and then a kung flu virus is let loose that is set to destroy the Western economy. Re: The Bud Fight, sorry Presidential Debate
When a private company like twitter bans someone from their website all the Trumpers wet their pants over the violation of freedom of speech that they think is happening when that happens.
So it's really odd to me that not a single one of them has any anything about government employees violently attacking and pepper spraying, and then arresting, an entirely peaceful protester for holding a sign telling people to vote.
Really, really odd.
And yes, of course there's video... https://v.redd.it/6i0pp29p81q51

I realise I’m wasting my time here, but how many people do you think are involved with this conspiracy, exactly? And how have they managed to avoid it leaking to anyone apart from lunatic youtubers and David Icke?

As soon as you start talking about Trump it gives the fruitcakes and loons on here permission to go 11.
In the UK stuff they have to pretend to be slightly on this planet but bring the US circus into it and they slip into their clown shoes and relish the chance to talk utter nonsense where it usually wouldn't be tolerated.

Go on then, what do you believe regarding the virus? Do you think that if someone gets the virus they should ignore advice to go into lockdown?
What happens if they then give it to someone with a compromised immune system?

I believe the best thing to do,for all you sheeple and x wing commanders, is follow the governments advice, they have your best interests at heart.
Re antifa - assaulting people and burning buildings down are criminal acts so they should be treated accordingly.
I really hope the Donald gets in otherwise things are going to get really Orwellian.

So it's a "no" then!? . You won't condemn clear electoral fraud by the Democratic party and its supporters. Fair enough.Spijed wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 2:10 pmMassive scale by who?
That video proves nothing btw, apart from the fact that someone can easily make a video and have a few envelopes (piled up). Until there is real evidence of thousands of votes being piled up in boxes then no, there isn't massive fraud on the Democratic side.

Re: The Bud Fight, sorry Presidential Debate
Absolutely not. Two entirely different entities!
Black Lives Matter is an openly Marxist organisation run by people who've admitted they are "professional Marxists" . They want to end capitalism. They want to abolish the nuclear family. They want to defund the police.
Whereas Antifa is just , "an idea", according to Biden!

Bill Clinton has been out of politics for around 20 years.
He's YOUNGER than both Trump and Biden. Think about that.

Re: The Bud Fight, sorry Presidential Debate
Experts have repeatedly said there are no signs of widespread fraud in mail balloting, as have the five states that relied exclusively on that system for voting even before the coronavirus pandemic. Trump’s own FBI director, Chris Wray, said at a congressional hearing just last week that the bureau has not historically seen “any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise.”
Wray did acknowledge voter fraud at the local level “from time to time,” but even there, Trump appeared to paint an overly dire portrait of the reality and he misstated the facts of one particular case that received substantial attention last week following an unusual Justice Department announcement.
Trump said nine military ballots found discarded in a wastebasket in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, were all marked for him. Though that’s consistent with an initial statement the Justice Department made, officials later revised it to say seven of the nine ballots had Trump’s name.
Minor/Tiny issue but it did happen if you want to believe the FBI, the issue Trump is talking about is that the postal ballots for this election will be far greater than normal and potentially will cause issues, such as large scale fraud. I personally don't believe that but it is his way of disruptive business, what I do think that "might" happen is the sheer number of postal votes will drag on and allow either side but of course especially Trump to call foul.

Trump was out voted last time against a woman pretty much everybody disliked. He picked up a huge vote because people didn't want Clinton - yet he still LOST THE POPULAR VOTE. He got in because of the way the Electoral College works
Some people are in for a big shock if they think the Democrats have no popular support

Re: The Bud Fight, sorry Presidential Debate
The Democrats should win the popular vote, however they need to ensure they capture enough swing states to make those votes count, there's no point piling up votes in California, if they aren't flipping the target states, you'd hope they'd have learnt their lessons from 2016, and if they have, and they can turn enough of their voters out, Joe Biden should be the next POTUS, but although Trump is behind in the polls, and he didn't cover himself in glory during the first debate, it's dangerous to write him off, as he's won against the odds before, I don't detect the same reluctance amongst swing voters to not vote for Biden this time though, even if they see him as the least worst option of the 2 candidates, Trump is appealing to his base, but I doubt if that will be enough to secure him a 2nd term on current polling.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 3:57 pmTrump was out voted last time against a woman pretty much everybody disliked. Re: The Bud Fight, sorry Presidential Debate
Anyone who still supports Trump now is either a fascist or they're OK with fascism, which to me is as good as being a fascist. Pure ****.
America is lost. Even if Biden wins fascism has set root in America and I can't think of a way to remove it peacefully. And the only way trump can win is by just ending democracy, by getting rid of the ballots like he's already suggested should happen.
There are a lot of "enlightened centrists" who like to virtue signal by claiming to be above it all, and accuse the left of being hysterical with this fear but they're the same people who thought we were hysterical at the idea of Trump winning in 16,that we were hysterical when we called him a nazi until he opened concentration camps and then had secret police snatching dissidents off the streets. These people need to wake the **** up to what is happening around them. There is no such thing as "no side" when it comes to fascism. You are either opposed to it, or you are OK with it. If you have any questions then ask your grandparents.

I think that's the biggest difference, nobody is writing him off and people will vote this time around because of that - everybody knows he has a pretty large base and that has to be blown out of the water - remains to be seen if that happens of course.tiger76 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 4:53 pmThe Democrats should win the popular vote, however they need to ensure they capture enough swing states to make those votes count, there's no point piling up votes in California, if they aren't flipping the target states, you'd hope they'd have learnt their lessons from 2016, and if they have, and they can turn enough of their voters out, Joe Biden should be the next POTUS, but although Trump is behind in the polls, and he didn't cover himself in glory during the first debate, it's dangerous to write him off, as he's won against the odds before, I don't detect the same reluctance amongst swing voters to not vote for Biden this time though, even if they see him as the least worst option of the 2 candidates, Trump is appealing to his base, but I doubt if that will be enough to secure him a 2nd term on current polling.

It's very well established that over 100,000 people per year die with flu and/or pneumonia, but only about 30,000 or so die of flu and/or pneumonia. The same applies with Covid - some people who have Covid died because of Covid and some had other primary causes. The only question is what proportion.

It's a perfectly good comparison. If Covid causes a pre-existing condition to become so bad that it kills them then the cause of death is Covid. The mechanism of death is what Covid did to kill them.
