DHL

Anyone deal with international shipments through the above? I've dealt with them internally but not globally. Tracking it online is very vague after it's left the USA. Do they switch it to a designated carrier here? I.E: Royal Mail? Or is it kept in their system? I've lost track of it since it arrived at Heathrow on Sunday.

The value of what you have shipped will be a factor. Above a certain amount (maybe £10 or so, can't remember off the top of my head) you will be liable to pay an excise charge on it. Couriers will hold onto the item until this fee is paid.
