Hi mate, we have come to lytham for the day, any recommendations for a spot of lunch and a beer?
We have brought the dog so understand our options could be limited.
Beer isn't essential

He's quite a regular poster, and unusual that he's not been about over the last few days.
Even though we only agree about 1% of the time, I hope no harm has come to him.
Hopefully he's just taking a break or serving a ban, and its nothing too serious.

Re: FAO claretonthecoast1882
Only just seen this macca, apologies I tend not to use the internet at weekend unless for betting reasons.
As mentioned above my local Queens on Central Drive would possibly be ok for you although not sure about just turning up on a weekend depends on time of year.
If just with the mrs and want good food I wouldn't look further than Spago they do a brilliant monkfish curry.
No harm has come to me either I tend to be ok

Excellent.
It would never be just me and the Mrs more likely have the children or dog in tow if going over that way.
We opted for an ice cream and sugared doughnuts, and ate at home, as we were unsure where would be dog or child friendly.
Hopefully test out Queens on our next visit.
