BBC live updates:
PENALTY APPEAL
Leeds 0-0 Wolves
Super high intensity start from Leeds, it's like watching on fast forward when compared to the day's earlier game.

Apart from a higher number of man buns I am not seeing a massive difference. It's dull as hell.

Re: Come on Wolves
Heard the nobheads next door cheering. Assumed it meant Leeds had scored. Sounds like they were cheering the Wolves goal not being allowed.

Not just because of the terrible header for own goal but what does he actually bring apart from the inevitable yellow card?

Re: Come on Wolves
I think he plays as a defensive midfielder, but he's actually rubbish at defending and closing down. For me, his best skill is his vision and spotting a forward pass.

Not sure how Jimenez is still on the pitch. What on earth do VaR check? Unreal....

If them are his attributes then he's he long way down the list in terms of England selectionFactualFrank wrote: βMon Oct 19, 2020 9:41 pmI think he plays as a defensive midfielder, but he's actually rubbish at defending and closing down. I thought his rating was on the line of Kante contribution

Re: Come on Wolves
Superb.
What's slightly scary is that on one side I have a Leeds fan, and the other side I have what sounds like a wife-beater. Sometimes I hear him mouthing off like **** you'd hear in Burnley Wood, and not in pretty decent village like here.
I've told him to stop the slamming of doors and he's done that. Maybe I should tell him to stop shouting at his Mrs.

Re: Come on Wolves
Well if Pickford can't be seen to have committed any offence after his blatant foul, then you do wonder what the VAR officials actually deem as a foul these days, stupid by Jimenez, and he's fortunate his opponent didn't go to ground, not that that should have any bearing on decisions, but it appears it does.Hibsclaret wrote: βMon Oct 19, 2020 9:55 pmNot sure how Jimenez is still on the pitch. Re: Come on Wolves
Totally agree. Not sure they can balls it up any more than they are doing. For example, there have been cases when players have been sent off for things like fisticuffs after the final whistle. If thatβs the case why on earth can they not send Pickford off after his assault just because itβs offside. Itβs the most basic of stuff that they donβt sort out. If someone checks the replay within 5 seconds of Jimenezβs Kung fu kick he has to go. Again itβs not VAR that is the problem it is the bell ends that use it in addition, sometimes to the clown on the pitch.tiger76 wrote: βMon Oct 19, 2020 10:02 pmWell if Pickford can't be seen to have committed any offence after his blatant foul, then you do wonder what the VAR officials actually deem as a foul these days, stupid by Jimenez, and he's fortunate his opponent didn't go to ground, not that that should have any bearing on decisions, but it appears it does.

Re: Come on Wolves
Only saw the 2nd half and saw nothing to tell me that Leeds are going to be pulling up trees
Leeds will find it tough this season and should scrape through by the skin of their teeth, like West Ham do most seasons
