Re: Dying woman burgled in Brierfield
I thought allowing someone to die (which they did) was also quite a serious offence? I forget the name the police use. I'm sure there will be people on here who know them. Will share on Facebook.

They’ll get 3-4 months, and have more access to drugs inside than out.
When I hear of people stealing from places like Tesco I think **** bag, when you hear of people burgling houses, I think it’s a whole different level of **** bag. The elderly is about as low as you can possibly go

I really feel for some elderly people who put their trust in strangers to help them and get fa back in return. Hope these shi1tbags are quickly caught.

Just asking for the sandal wearers on here, I wonder if they did it because they were so desperate to feed their kids?

Save it for another day, Bin. This is hardly the thread for cheap point scoring.

I probably do need a handbook of dos and don'ts for here, because the rules are so inconsistent (depending who you are).Billy Balfour wrote: ↑Fri Oct 23, 2020 10:14 pmSave it for another day, Bin. This is hardly the thread for cheap point scoring.
I mean we all know that what has happened is disgusting, but I thought me saying that they should have their heads jumped on, would be a bit strong for some on here.
I don't do 'cheap point scoring', I do sarcasm.

Better still would be named and shot.

Just don't get how people can stoop so low.
What kind of a sh1t stain on humanity are you when you can pretend to help a dying person while robbing them?

Arrest 'em and throw them in the shark tank at the Sealife in Blackpool. Scumbags.

Clearly what you need is a handbook on how to join the human race and act like a productive member of it rather than an infantile troll.Bin Ont Turf wrote: ↑Fri Oct 23, 2020 10:35 pmI probably do need a handbook of dos and don'ts for here, because the rules are so inconsistent (depending who you are).

Have they caught these **** bags yet?
Re: Dying woman burgled in Brierfield
On the police social media platforms, several names got mentioned on the there, a couple of names more than far more than once and with some certainty.
The term " well known addicts" were being used to describe them amongst other more nastier names.
I'm sure the police will know them and will catch up with them soon enough, the problem will be getting a conviction.

It had to be addicts. The only real explanation how someone could behave like that.

I’d be surprised if the police hadnt known who it was straight away, they will come into contact with them that often

Quite possibly. Putting the appeal out will lead to more information.Burnley1989 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 8:54 amI’d be surprised if the police hadnt known who it was straight away, they will come into contact with them that often

Course it will, that particular community will rally especially with the residents of brierfield being family orientated, the police would have had a good idea straightaway but you need something concrete to make it stick.

Re: Dying woman burgled in Brierfield
From a little bit of reading, there seems to be no 'Duty to Rescue' law in this county, which it might come under. Meaning, they won't be punished for failing to call for an ambulance.

Unlike in Germany where Unterlassene Hilfeleistung means that there is a duty to assist someone.FactualFrank wrote: ↑Tue Oct 27, 2020 11:07 amFrom a little bit of reading, there seems to be no 'Duty to Rescue' law in this county, which it might come under. They've charged two scumbags. Well done to all involved with their identification.
