Very very poor. I've already written off being able to attend a game this season and now I'm already beginning to write off our chances of staying up at this early stage. Fingers crossed Dyche can turn this around.

Sometimes you see low scores line this as a knee jerk reaction. But these are probably a fair reflection.

I've marked up Brownhill and Westwood just because of the effort put in. There are others I wish I could have marked lower than 3

Not remotely close to being a cohesive football team, defenders that can't defend, wingers that can't cross or just throw themselves on the floor and give up, midfielder than can't be arsed running. Reminds me very much of watching West Ham last season. It will take a remarkable upturn in form for us to stay up this season, sadly I just don't see it happening because our lack of quality is there for all to see.

Lowton 4
Long 5
Tarkowski 4
Taylor 4
Brownhill 4
Westwood 3
Stephens 3 horrible display,
McNeil 4
Wood 4
Barnes 3

Rodriguez 4

Really worrying times
No home goals in 3, and if truth be told not really a chance created never ends well.

Like SD, I envisaged these current issues 2 years ago, but hey ho.
Feel sorry for him, but like all emergencies, theyll be someone somewhere making a load of cash out of this...

Very easy for me today

Tarky - 4
All the rest - 3

Regardless of the opposition that is one of the worst performances by a Burnley team in a very long time. I think Dyche hooking Stephens at half time speaks volumes and nobody comes out of that game with the slightest bit of respect.

Minimum 4 points out of the next 2 games

MACCA - despite the fact that we clearly haven't played very well, although everyone on TV is waxing lyrical about Chelsea, I don't feel lucky but I've made the decision not to watch PPV games but donate to the foodbank so I'll be missing quite a few more.

7 for Westwood. Give me a break, he basically got an assist for their 3rd.

Can you not report people’s posts just because you disagree with the rating please? It’s hard enough trawling through complaints at the best of times.

Pope - 4 - No idea what on Earth he was doing for that first goal and his kicking was poor, again.
Lowton - 4 - Tried his best but simply outclassed.
Tarkowski - 3- Totally at fault for the Zouma goal and generally looked sloppy and a million miles away from what we had become accustomed to.
Long - 4 - Same as Lowton, watching him attempt to keep up with Werner made me feel sorry for him.
Taylor 5 - Didn’t have the chance to get forward as much as he’d usually like but didn’t let the side down.
Brownhill - 6 - Energetic, full of effort abd sadly alone in doing so. My ‘Man of the match’.
Westwood - 5 - Not terrible, but poor set pieces unfortunately which is something we rely on from him, particularly when we’re creating bugger all from open play.
Stephens - 3 - Would give him lower if the scoring permitted it. I never like to discuss new signings early doors, but unfortunately you’d have to be struggling with sight to not see just how poorly Stephens was today. He barely touched the ball (and when he did, invariably lost it or passed it to a Chelsea player). He looks so slow, so out of his comfort zone (I.e, a three man midfield?) and sadly doesn’t track play or look particularly bothered at trying to win it back. A million pounds looks a lot of money right now.
McNeil - 5 - Tried to get it down and play but had no time on the ball really to influence.
Barnes - 4 - Totally ineffective and you have to wonder if the old tactic of smashing it at Barnes to fall over and win a foul in the opposition half has been well and truly found out.
Wood - 4 - Barely touched the ball but I can’t blame him for that.

Subs didn’t change anything - I’ll give Rodriguez a 5 for again just trying to get it in the deck.

This ain't gonna be pretty, but after that shambles what do you expect. We had perhaps a 5 minute spell at the start of each half but that was that. It was utter tripe.
We have become a team of nothingness, we don't do anything, we don't attack, defend, keep it tight, show any passion, drive, nastiness

Chelsea were very, very good but even so.

Pope. 5. One mistake and poor distribution
Lowton. 6. Did okay
Tarks. 6. Some crucial interventions
Long. 6. Solid enough
Taylor. 6. Pinned back.
Brown hill. 6. Worked hard
Stephens. 3. Terrible
Westwood. 4. Terrible mistake for 3rd goal
McNeil. 4. Never got going
Barnes. 4. Ineffective again
Wood. 4. Not in the game.

Rodriguez. 4. Made no difference.

Got to give some credit to Chelsea who played well but the lack of fight was alarming. Few options when we have the ball and too slow to punish their slack touches on the ball. When we are off it looks terrible and we were well off today. One step forward versus Spurs and two back today.

Difficult to rate that one. We shouldn't be accommodating a place for Stephens by shifting Brownhill to the right. If Brady isn't fit he should not be on the bench.

We are desperate for Mee to be back, hopefully provide some motivation for the team as that was so flat.

On to the next game.

You should be tied to a chair and made to watch a replay of the whole game :)
I made the decision to donate my £14.95 to the foodbank rather than pay. I think everyone on this board knows how much I love going to football, how much I love watching Burnley and how much it hurts when we play badly, lose or both. As bad as it was today, and judging from the comments I've picked up it wasn't very good, I really missed it.

Once we signed Brady, the rules should have been amended to allow for scores less than 3, otherwise it's impossible! (IMO)

I think 5L or talksport covered it if you are opposed to the PPV or don’t stream.

Pope 5

Long 5
Tarkowski 4
Taylor 6
Brownhill 4
Westwood 3
Stephens 3
McNeil 3
Wood 4
Barnes 3

Rodriguez 4

Miserable. Barnes and Wood isn't working. Brownhill wide doesn't work. Jay on the left and Dwight on the right doesn't work. Tarkowski on the left of 2 doesn't work. Add into that players miles off the pace and you end up with that tripe. Stephens looking like value for money though. I hope that's knocked £20 million off Magic Mike's windfall.
