How many points do we need from the Brighton & Palace games

So a couple of crunch games coming up, ideally we'd post 2 wins and 6 points, but I'd settle for 4 if the win was at Brighton, Palace under Roy have always caused us problems, so that could be a tricky test, the game following these 2 is City away so realistically we're not getting anything out of that fixture, and after the City game we'll be about a 1/4 of the way through the campaign, so it's imperative we collect points in the next 2 fixtures, otherwise we'll be under extreme pressure and playing catch-up with confidence at rock bottom, Friday is when our season needs lift-off.

4 would be great, and if possible the win being v Brighton to settle the nerves, take points of a rival and avoid a gap opening up.

I'd settle for 3 right now if offered, again with the win being v Brighton

1 or less and IMO its season over, as it will give us too much to do, and with a tricky run coming up.

We 'need' 3 points from every game. We'd probably accept 4 though. I think we'd all accept 2 points if we can see some effort and positive signs.

Hopefully 6 but 4 would do , especially if we beat Brighton . I don't agree that if we lose it's all over . Long way to go yet , don't forget we were down last season after Everton thrashed us at Christmas !!

No I agree even if we lose it's by no means all over, remember Palace lost their first 7 games a few years back and still stayed up comfortably, however we don't want to get cut adrift, and the ensuing fixtures look tough on paper anyway, especially with our present form and belief, just getting a win would at least give us a foothold in the season, and we'll hopefully kick on from there, as we have in previous years.

Despite the results, Brighton have been playing really well. Can see us only coming out of these 2 games with 1 point

We'll need 4 points from those two games to keep us within distance of
those above us. A win at Brighton will be more than beneficial but they look a much better team
as of late than they were most of last season so it's not going to be easy

Think we’ll have done well to get 2 pts. Brighton have rested Maupay especially for this game and it took one of the World’s best players to come on for Tottenham to beat them.
Palace are always competitive and difficult to break down.
