Worst Strip Ever
Worst Strip Ever
Manchester Untied Strip.
Is this the worst strip ever? There have been some truly awful ones but this surely takes the biscuit.
Zebras (subgenus Hippotigris) are African equines with distinctive black-and-white striped coats. There are four extant species: the Grévy's zebra (Equus grevyi), plains zebra (E. quagga) and the mountain zebra (E. zebra).
Grévy's zebra · Plains zebra · Mountain zebra · Selous' zebra - Old Trafford Zebra
Blackburn must be jeealous as hell about this equine connection.
ps Can Bosscat please supply the pic?

Re: Worst Strip Ever
Anyone ever used a barcode scanner on a zebra?
Or a ManU shirt, I wonder which item it comes up with?

Re: Worst Strip Ever
it actually looks like the dazzle camouflage they used to use on battle ships to confuse the enemy in terms of distance etc.
surely not conducive to a footy strip and horrible as well.

Re: Worst Strip Ever
When I saw the thread title I immediately thought of the brown Coventry City kit above followed by that Norwich kit above. Some of the others such as that Colarado one are abominations.

That shirt Burnley brought out to "commemorate" the 1994 play off final, but never actually wore in a game was bloody awful!

Re: Worst Strip Ever
We played in a white with red stripe version of this kit.
washed at the wrong temperature the red stripes shrank and looked like frills.
we had a poor season

I've never been in The Town Mouse! Which is an absolutely weird thought for beer loving 62 year old bloke who's lived in and around Burnley all his life!!

Re: Worst Strip Ever
That Coventry brown shirt was the one I always think of when I think "worst strip ever'. Dundee's from 1953 is possibly worse (brown kilt!)
The pink Scotland shirt was pretty bad - but apt!

Are you still involved in the local game?
No mate. I’m thinking the Barnstaple job might be available soon though. I would give that a go
