Got to be pleased with that. Must admit the first MotD goalscorer was an educated guess.

I thought the old timers might fare well
it did help on a few of the questions you could discount Burnley as a correct answer that narrows it down slightly.
I might post a few more on Sunday depends on the interest, it's also hard remembering what's already been posted, and not duplicating previous quizzes.
I did find out some nicknames I wasn't aware of so it's always useful to pick up these random facts, you never know when they'll be useful in a pub/trivia quiz, just have to remember them that's the hard part.

The only one I had to examine carefully was the Man City cups - the rest I knew

Yes that one took me a few minutes to work out, just glad It wasn't against the clock, the thinking time helps immensely.

Messed up Citeh cups and 3 time FA Cup losers.
Not too shoddy though.

15, and only really concerned by the Man City Question, but worked it out logically
Edit:
For anyone who was around at the time and following football, they were pretty easy really, but younger people can't be expected to breeze through them, and 10 is probably not too shabby.

11. Bang average by the look of everyone else's score. The first I really got into football was with the 1970/1 football cards. I can remember my mum telling me where all the positions were and the 1970 world cup but before that I only have a recollection of the Chelsea v Leeds fa cup replay.
