Can you use and collect team card points when ordering online at the clarets store?

Don’t think so. When I’ve ordered online in the past, I’ve taken my receipt into the shop and claimed points that way.

Thanks, you’d have thought they’d have sorted this especially as online is the only way of purchasing at the moment plus a lot of people have points expiring.

I contacted the store via email on Friday about this, no response! With the shop not being open you’d think they’d be able to concentrate more on online orders. Obviously don’t want the business

I've questioned it since April/May and originally I was told that it would be looked at when the everything was upgraded. Then the season tickets repayment got in the way, then the issues with covid and now the season ticket repayment again. I feel like I'm being fobbed off as I'm only a fan and supporter.
But that doesn't matter to the club, there are thousands of other who would take my place...

I was going to buy the kids kits online using some team card points saved towards the purchase with possible Black Friday deals. Can’t be arsed now I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The club shop seem to be performing like the team. They do say it stems from the top!
