Absolutely but in 1971 it was still their early days

Oh I dunno "Piper at the gates of dawn" album was 1967 😏 ... but yeah they really hit the heights in the early to mid 70's 👍🙂👍 with "Dark side of the moon" in 73

I was at college in 1974 and typical costs for a decent known band was £600 I was told by the organisers. Bands with a name but not chart toppers such as Racing Cars or Stray. I asked about Barclay James Harvest (may favs at the time) but apparently they were too expensive.
