Under Ole United seem destined to forever take one step forward then another step back. Southampton got a decent chance of Europe this season if they keep hold of their manager.

Best two English keepers currently on the pitch together down at Southampton. Wonder if Southgate is watching

That's it, Pope is now third choice for Southgate and England.

Might be no bad thing for United if De Gea is out for a while. Also Cavani could score a shed load of goals in that team with Fernandes and van de beek playing behind him.

Leeds fans breathe a sigh of relief. They keep their manager for another few games.

Chelsea vs Spurs. Has Mourinho had the better of Lampard yet in their previous meetings? I've not checked the stats, but I thought Lampard had won them all.

I'd be exceptionally surprised if Bielsa ended up at Man United.

Sickening head collision between Jiminez and Luiz. Jiminez looks in big bother, hopefully nothing serious. Unbelievable that Luiz is going to be allowed to continue.

Shocking from Arsenal allowing Luiz to carry on after a bang to the head like that. Looks like it's still bleeding.

Shows how seriously the clubs take head injuries. The guy has just smashed his head up, take him off as a precaution.

Huge win for Wolves, they are currently only 4 points off the top, and it's worth mentioning they sold Docherty and Jota in the summer, 2 important players in their first team, and despite that they're mounting a challenge at the top, the big question is how long can they hold onto Nuno.
All the best to Jiminez, the early reports are positive about his condition, though I doubt he'll be playing for a few weeks.
There is no reason why we can't get a result at Arsenal when we visit, they really aren't very good, we just have to have belief.

Even though it won't be easy by any means we are fortunate that our next two matches are against sides who are out of form.

Yes good time to take Everton and Arsenal on but you know we ain’t going to get anything against Arsenal , it’s a pattern like Man City

More like its a good time for Everton and Arsenal to play us. When you are a decent side on a bad run you cant beat playing one of the leagues whipping boys to get you back on track with an easy win

We've actually got a decent home record against Everton in the PL. yes we've lost a couple to them, but we've also won a few.
Arsenal seem to get the rub of the green against us, but surely that can't last forever, and we outplayed them the last time we played.
We need to have a positive mindset in these 2 games, yes they're tough, but we've shown in recent times that at our best we can mix it with the big boys.

Scott Airfield was back playing at the ground today for the first time where his best childhood friend died.
It’s the reason he chooses the squad number 37.
Great respect from all concerned and the premier sports crew.

That was a sickening sight at Arsenal with the accidental clash between David Luiz & Raul Jiménez. I've just read that Jiménez has suffered a fractured skull.
