He may or may not be a decent player, I don't know because I don't watch him every week, but I strongly suspect he's been promoted above his pay grade because his disciplinary record is awful. Him not only blatantly fouling Dwight, but then getting sucked into the "afters" sums up the state of the Gooners right now.
