Relegation mini league
It seems likely that we will be involved in a mini relegation league, along with Sheff U, Fulham, WBA and Brighton. Which other teams will soon join us? Newcastle didn’t look great – except St Maximin. Palace – have they too much quality? Villa – made a good start. Leeds – look good going forward, but not great at the back. Others??

We will not be in any mini group. I expect us to be mid table by Easter

Re: Relegation mini league
We are 9th in the form table (previous 5 games).
It would have been more understandable had this thread started a few weeks ago. Now, it's got to be about carrying on our good form now half of our team isn't missing.

6 hours on and we are in the bottom 3
Massive 5 games coming up. Even going by current form we won't be that far away from trouble in January

Yes we are in good form. But the reality is our position. Which is third bottom.FactualFrank wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 2:42 pmWe are 9th in the form table (previous 5 games).

Hopefully the form continues. But as it stands we remain in trouble. Form or games in hand are relatively irrelevant.
Re: Relegation mini league
I think we’ll be fine. None of the bottom 5/6 will concede less than us.
We just need a few more goals and Wood especially to find a bit of confidence.

Fat Sam at WBA makes it harder for us

Really? I saw it coming a mile off. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=49552&p=1359447&hil ... 3#p1359447
You still thinking we will go down?
You can only get away with playing like they did with the players they have for a short amount of time. The surprise was that they got a full season out of it.

Re: Relegation mini league
you would expect he's be given a guarantee of being able to sign (even if on loan) more experienced players in January, WBA will improve so we need to keep our upward curve in form going

Re: Relegation mini league
There is no relegation mini league. There are about 8 or so teams you would not expect to be involved and any 3 of the other 12 that could go down.
If it ever becomes a mini league it will likely be when everyone has played about 28 games.
