Must be tough to have 5 or 6 other keepers ahead of you in the pecking order

That's put me in a dilemma I dislike the club and the owner and allways want them to lose now I will want Lewis to keep a clean sheet!

What issues do you have with the owner Rufus? I have similar feelings about their results

I don’t know much about the situation there but a year or so ago there ex players going public criticising the owner David Haythornthwaite.

He is a master at winding people up the wrong way. Very vocal about those players who left the club (and criticised him on social media). Saying they’ll never get better deals elsewhere, accusing one of using COVID to force a move. Recently said that other clubs in their league are refusing to play Fylde. The number of chairman/clubs he has fallen out with is incredible. Don’t think he realises just how much he motivates other teams to beat Fylde. Very Bob Lord in the way he runs the club. The staff turnover there is unreal

During the first lockdown he said to all the players you can top up your wages by working in my factory packing boxes of dog vitamins. One young lad took him up on it. Everyone else said thanks but no thanks. He was genuinely aghast that none of the senior pros took him up on it..
