Ben Foster

Always liked Foster, good keeper and seen him have banter with our fans a few times away at Watford. Stumbled across his Youtube channel, giving his perspective at the games, with live footage and also his passion for cycling.

Seems like a genuinely top bloke. Worth a watch if you have a bit of spare time.

For some reason, and it has always stuck in my head, I remember an outstanding save he made to Robbie Blake some time in the mid 2000s at Vicarage road when he was on loan there the first time around.

Does seem like a good bloke. He was on Crouch’s podcast in the last series and I thought he came across well on that.

Blake got his own back on 19th August 2009 - the ball had nearly bounced back out of the net by the time Foster dived
