Pub football

Post by CaptainKirk » Wed Dec 23, 2020 12:12 am

Apparently Messi has just scored his 6,000th goal against some team called Real Valedoodle.
What a waste of a career.
"Grandad, show us your medals!"
"Look at this, I won 54 Spanish Leagues and 42 Spanish Cups!"
"Have you got any real medals, Grandad?"

You've obviously forgotten his 6 Ballon d'Or's, 4 Champions Leagues, 3 Super Cups, and 3 World Club titles, but yes apart from all that he's won nothing in his career.

I’m sure he can sleep easy knowing he’s the greatest ever player at one of the greatest ever clubs.

They had won one European cup before he arrived. And 16 leagues.

Messi has won four European cups and ten leagues in his career there among other things.

I agree Ronaldo has proved himself in multiple leagues and internationally. But why would Messi ever need to leave Barca? Makes no sense.
