f.a.o. Claret Tony

Post by beddie » Fri Dec 25, 2020 4:09 pm

Tony. We just wanted to send you our best wishes and hope you're doing okay today. I know it will have been a difficult day for you and hope your family have been in touch which I'm sure will have helped. Do get out of the house if you can, even if it's only for a short walk, it will help. Take care from us all in the Bedford household.

Thanks - have to say that's the worst Christmas Day I've ever had but I know it has been the same for so many others today.

Hi Tony
I've met you a couple of times in the past, I've still got the bruises 😅, anyway just to add my thanks for all you do, like many others I am an expat, also my best wishes. I spoke to you at a Clarets mad dinner I offered you and Dobbo and his wife dance lessons, for some reason you didn't take me up😁😁

It would have been me and Mrs Dobbo - Dobbo would have been busy playing the sax.

Apologies for potentially hijacking the thread beddie, but are you in Bedford? And if so are you affected by the floods in the area? I’m local to you, and it’s all a little bit concerning that so many people are being displaced by the floods

I can confirm that beddie isn't in Bedford. He lives in that foreign land they call Yarkshire.

Best wishes to Tony and everybody in similar circumstances. Another mention for BurnleyMickSouth who posted a couple of weeks ago about how lonely he would be on Christmas Day . Hope it went better than you anticipated Mick
