Re: West Ham v Brighton
And that's how it finished, a decent point for Brighton, but they're still well in the mix.
The bottom 2 are in danger of becoming isolated, already a 4 point gap to 3rd bottom Fulham, and all the teams above them picking up points regularly,

The Hammers were pretty poor today, I hope they play the same against us in January.

It was like slow motion compared to our game

Don't like Liverpool but I wouldn't mind another thumping win for them today.

BFS facing the most difficult challenge of his long managerial career trying to keep West Brom afloat this season.
Liverpool threatening to pull away from the chasing pack again, and the frightening thought for the rest of the league, is that they haven't yet hit anywhere near the heights they did last season.

Yep Liverpool need to be careful here or they could spill 2 points. 1-0 is never a comfortable lead in any game, and the Baggies will keep going well it's only 1-0.Conroysleftfoot wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 5:51 pmAlbion making a better fist of things in the second half.

Bizarre game Liverpool have had all the ball, but West Brom lead 3-1 with efforts on target.

Surprisingly the Albion keeper hasn't had that many saves to make.

I certainly didn't expect them to get anything from Anfield.

Before Big Sam came they'd got a good result against Man City as well.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 6:22 pmcan't knock WBA, we have a big fight on our hands for sure

Has BFS ever been relegated?
Re: West Ham v Brighton/Liverpool v WBA
Still, as long as we get around 36 points we should be fine.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 6:22 pmcan't knock WBA, we have a big fight on our hands for sure

I hope this puts to bed the idea that our draw with Liverpool last season was the pinnacle of footballing brilliance.
Re: West Ham v Brighton/Liverpool v WBA
Early signs there that Fat Sam will get West Brom working in the way he was brought in to do. Especially with some big help in January, which you'd imagine he was assured of before taking the job.

Sheffield United are currently the only team where it looks to be going dark. The remaining 2 is anybody's guess.

Re: West Ham v Brighton/Liverpool v WBA
Not that I can recall no, though I'm not 100% certain. I guess that's why he's always in demand when it starts going south at many clubs.
