2-1 to a Terriers injury time goal

Need Spurs to soften up Fulham tomorrow now.

That’s if their (Fulham) game is on tomorrow. If not and they do have a ‘covid case crisis’ I imagine that means our game with them could be off too?

Yes saw the Rovers score, I thought they'd snatched a draw, but then Udders scored a 92nd minute winner, this day gets better and better
Rovers slipping into mid-table mediocrity once again.

Even better when they equalise late on before losing. So uplifting.

As it’s a Rovers thread.
Brad Friedel was on sky this am saying he love to see SD and his coaching squad at a club with the budget they deserve. That could be us soon enough.

I was sat in front of the TV with SSN when they equalised on 86 minutes. Gutted at another late goal rescuing points for them. Then came that brilliant winner.

They’re a bang average middle of the table team. They're the league's top scorers but they've only managed to beat 2 teams in 12 games v teams in the top half of the table.Top Claret wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 4:31 pmSoft under belly have Rovers, will never gain promotion with Mowbray

Re: And Rovers Lose As Well
Can't see Rovers troubling the top 6 this season, even a lot of their early season wins were achieved against teams with only 10 man, those wins masked their failings and their record against any decent side is poor, even the return of Dack won't help them, they just aren't good enough, and the only reason they threatened the play offs last season was the inconsistency of the other teams, I don't see the top 6 being as weak this year, and the points total to make the play-offs looks like being about average, it might not be far off 80 points if the top sides continue at the current rate, this would mean Rovers would have to win 15-17 of their remaining 24 games, having won 8 of their first 22, unless they embark on a post-Xmas run similar to what we enjoyed in 15-16 they have no chance, and can anybody see this Rovers side doing that, I certainly can't.

Have a good contact who is a Terrier. He is super excited about their manager. Apparently they play great football and he thinks they will be right up there next season.

Re: And Rovers Lose As Well
They are like we were under Cotterill brief flirtation with the top 6 and then back to mid table obscurity. Lucky they’ve got Mowbray in charge otherwise think they’d be nearer the bottom 3.
