A favourite season of mine but I'm struggling to recall this game. Some good footballers in the Fulham team. A couple of years later they reached the Cup Final with Peter Mellor still in goal and Jon Mitchell scoring goals to get them there. Mullery was still with them, I think and Bobby Moore joined them too.

Forgettable because we didn't play very well - I think I can find a better performance next week.

Very unexpected the Fulham performance. But, as the guy next to me on the Longside said, 'Don't get beat'. And we didn't.

Amazing how well I can remember games from that season. I can't even remember to put the bins out now.

I have a weekly alarm on my phone on a Thursday night to remind me to put the bins out.
