34 when he died. Too young.

Saw him live. Also saw Nirvana and the Smashing Pumpkins in the same year. Bill, Kurt and the drummer from the Pumpkins were all dead by the end of the year.... I think... all a bit foggy. Thought I was cursed for a while 😊

Cancer i think, was a heavy smoker to be fair.

He died from prostrate cancer, and very quickly after the initial diagnosis

Can you imagine if Michael McIntyre did a Bill Hicks routine at something like The Royal Variety Performance. His reputation within the comedy circuit would sky-rocket
