Fair play to him.

AGL opened an office in Lytham last year, which caused quite a stir, the story revolves round Debbie Dowie, Ian’s wife.

To be fair to him Steve, he does get a lot of Blackburn games, so credit to him for sticking at it this long.

I was talking to Robbie Simpson (Dowie signed him at Coventry) a couple of days ago, and he said he was very intelligent, and above all else a genuinely lovely man. Good luck to him.

Good luck to him. I’ve passed the time of day with him a couple of times at the back of the alongside when he had been commentating on our game. A really nice man. I wish him every success.
