Send a message to the Marine board & tell them to shoot to his left....

Re: Joe Hart
Just put a bet on Marine to score first. If it doesn't come off Factual Frank owes me 3 quid !

Re: Joe Hart
He really does seem to struggle with shots from long distance.

Re: Joe Hart
He will have a clean sheet today... although that won’t stop some on here suggesting he’s been lucky or made mistakes or even finding fault with what he had for breakfast.
Good keeper. Has been for years.

Re: Joe Hart
I expect most will be in agreement, in that he wasn't good enough for us. By a distance.

Re: Joe Hart
Third choice, and rightly so, but he wasn’t anywhere near as bad as some would have us believe.

He's certainly been a very good keeper.FactualFrank wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 6:25 pmI expect most will be in agreement, in that he wasn't good enough for us. By a distance.
Good enough for us? I'd say just the wrong keeper for us.
Spurs are clearly not afraid to give under 18s a bit of experience.

Re: Joe Hart
Surely a keeper is a keeper? We're not expecting him to go up for corners and score the odd goal. We needed someone at the time to dominate his area and get the ball from crosses when needed. And when players took a shot, cover it. He was all over the place when he played for us.boatshed bill wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 6:31 pmGood enough for us? I'd say just the wrong keeper for us.

I really don't think our defenders had very much faith in him, perhaps his organisational ability wasn't as good as they were used to, who knows?

Re: Joe Hart
He wasn’t, he gets worse on here the longer he’s been away from the club! Dyche said he’d done nothing wrong to get dropped, he just needed to make some changes to get things to click again.
Not as good as Heaton was at the time but not a bad goal keeper.

Re: Joe Hart
Maybe. A defence certainly needs confidence in his keeper.boatshed bill wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 6:44 pmYep, strange to see it.

Re: Joe Hart
Nice touch at the end when Joe was chatting to Marines keeper
It was pity his manager was too rude to great Marines manager at the final whistle
