Re: Club Gift Vouchers
I've had a look and can't see any options to add one or use as payment anywhere.
I am not at all surprised.

Fantastic isn't it? Sell vouchers, transfer season ticket money into vouchers and then don't let you use them online. Makes us look like amateurs.Wellsy1882 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 12:53 pmSo the shops shut until possibly march but cannot use xmas gift vouchers

The online shop has been in need of a major overhaul for a while now. Let's hope Alan his new band get it sorted.

I spent a good while trying to find where I could spend my season ticket money without success last week. Wish I’d read this before doing it!!!ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 8:36 pmFantastic isn't it? Sell vouchers, transfer season ticket money into vouchers and then don't let you use them online. I got a hefty amount in vouchers off the in laws for Christmas 2019 ..... which were saved to buy the new shirts etc as they only last a year.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 8:36 pmFantastic isn't it? I haven’t had a chance to get to the club shop as I’m not in the local area and the shop has been open/close or not open whilst I’ve been able to travel over etc ......
No idea what’s going to happen with those vouchers, hopefully they’ll be honoured still even though the date has ran out on them .... would be a bit embarrassing telling the in laws that their gift ended up just disappearing because the club can’t let you use vouchers online or wouldn’t honour them.

It really is farcical the way that they've ignored the fans cries for vouchers to be used online. Last May I was told that it was being worked on & I hoped that the revamp would include it but no, it wasn't possible to incorporate it in the new set up. Utter ******** and they know it.

I've passed this on to the person responsible for supporter issues at Burnley FC Supporters Groups - this situation is unacceptable.bfccrazy wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 11:49 amI got a hefty amount in vouchers off the in laws for Christmas 2019 ..... which were saved to buy the new shirts etc as they only last a year.

A lot of the club is still in the dark ages. I hope a lot of it can be brought into the 21st century.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 1:11 pmIt really is farcical the way that they've ignored the fans cries for vouchers to be used online. Re: Club Gift Vouchers
The silly thing is that I’ve ended up buying things online from the club ... whilst not being able to use vouchers for the purchases. It’s a farce really that I’m paying for items that have technically already been paid for in vouchers.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 1:35 pmI've passed this on to the person responsible for supporter issues at Burnley FC Supporters Groups - this situation is unacceptable.

It's now on the list of things to take to the club - in 2021, and more so given the circumstances, this is simply unacceptable.
