Surely we've got to give something else a try up front. Got to start Vydra and Jay. Vydra took his few chances poorly but is it any surprise given his lack of Premier League football. He has a great advantage over our front two currently (Wood especially) due to the fact he can pass a ball more than 5 yards.

As it’s player ratings, I rated them “good” because they put a lot of work in. Just because it didn’t come off, and they had absolutely no service whatsoever, doesn’t mean they played badly.

It’ll probably be Wood and Jay Rod, which is a bit harsh on Barnes because he’s been better than Wood, I feel.

Disappointing second half in the sense that we retreated and offered zero threat at all until we were behind (and let's face it, we don't do winning from being behind). When you sit back and defend all half against the top sides, inevitably they find a way to score. I'm not sure if it was the tactics, or tiring, but I felt at half time that it was ours. The defence looked generally strong though which is a plus, and Pope didn't even have much to do

Vydra was a breath of fresh air when he came on tonight but starting? not the same impact from what I've seen unfortunately but no harm in giving him another try against WH.

He wasn’t as bad as he was on Saturday. He’s out of form and it’s fair to criticise him at the moment but I think it’s fair to say you’ve got a bit of an agenda at the moment.
