BT sport Burnley games
I note we have 4 games in a month in BT coming up.
I already pay silly money to Sky but don't have BT and don't want to faff around with them
Not long ago I got rid of my EE phone so can't use their 3 month trial either.
Has anyone any top tips how to legally watch the game (ie a cheap BT offer for a month, or similar)

If you only want it for a month you can cancel it tomorrow and then you will have a further 31 days.Awayfromburnley wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 1:02 pmThank you, called Sky, sorted and up and running already!

Whilst you can switch on to BT online, you have to telephone sky to cancel which is a bit of a pain particularly as they tend to want to sell you something and that can result in a long conversation! Easy to add something to your package not so easy to take it away. Having said that I spoke to a young lady the other day requesting cancellation the day after I added BT and she made the process very easy so it does depend who you get to speak to.

That can be dodgy with sky, CT. i’ve found in the past if you phone up to cancel anything it goes immediately. Even with contract in place.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 1:07 pmIf you only want it for a month you can cancel it tomorrow and then you will have a further 31 days.

Not been the case with this with a few people I know. It’s a rolling contract and you have 31 days.huw.Y.WattfromWare wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 2:26 pmThat can be dodgy with sky, CT. i’ve found in the past if you phone up to cancel anything it goes immediately. Even with contract in place.

Re: BT sport Burnley games
With BT Sports cancellations I always made it easy for customers because I knew why they were doing it....the harder conversations were when an advisor had offered them the 'in contract' discount and they were then tied in for 18 months...when I was selling BT Sport I would always ensure the customer knew exactly what they were getting and in most cases my customers went on the full price but able to cancel...Claretforshaw wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 1:19 pmWhilst you can switch on to BT online, you have to telephone sky to cancel which is a bit of a pain particularly as they tend to want to sell you something and that can result in a long conversation!
