No doubt who’s dominating possession this half. Our press is working well. Need to be a bit better with the passes.

Re: Match Day Thread: Fulham vs Burnley
It's been mentioned before but the way possession in a game is measured can differ sometimes based on the type of game. It's not calculated by adding the total time on the ball, but instead based on touches, passes, free kicks. Headers don't count at all.

He chose the wrong guy to foul there. Bardsley will get him back.

Re: Match Day Thread: Fulham vs Burnley
I always thought it was down to who had the ball. If the opposition intercepts, it switches to them. If somebody crosses the ball it's still their possession, but it switches if a defender heads it out.superdimitri wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 3:48 pmIt's been mentioned before but the way possession in a game is measured can differ sometimes based on the type of game. Time for some fresh legs, Westy for Stephans, and Wood for Vyds.

Re: Match Day Thread: Fulham vs Burnley
Vyds with a good opportunity there
Think the pitch held the ball up as he was about to strike it so had to take another touch

He was on about this half. I'm saying neither of them are doing much.

Re: Match Day Thread: Fulham vs Burnley
Vydra really is an enigma. What striker after creating the chance through a great burst of pace doesn’t hammer that as hard as they can, closed down or not?
He’s great to watch at times and a real tryer but when he fluffs his lines like that it’s so frustrating.
And then he wins a pen!
