For once ‘everything in the garden is rosy’ to quote Stan.

He has them all reading from the same hymn sheet again. Our "reserve team" stepped up to the plate today.
They still have belief in the Dyche ethic (not that they ever lost it), but we do seem to be in sync again going off the last week.

Unfortunately we do, injuries are rife this season with every club. Especially if we progress in the Cup, we need more players, I worry about fatigue and injury as the season progresses, we are not safe yet, there's a lot to be done

Not a bad way to end a strong week, I think we've only reached the 5th round once previously under SD, and we all know how that ended, however we've got a home tie against a lower league team no matter who we face, and this is a great chance to make the last 8 at the very least, after that who knows, but let's just get that far first, and then worry about who we might play.

Any club should always be looking to improve. Do you think snooker players, dart players, boxers etc get to the top and think the work stops or they can't improve? Don't be silly

We’ve certainly had worse weeks.

Possibly our best cup performance under Dyche.

Sean mentioned several individuals from the Fulham win but he rarely gives Vydra a shout. I thought that his running off the ball created numerous chances and he was unlucky not to score early doors.
Not sure why JayRod took the penalty Vyds won for us, in which case he would probably have been on the score sheet as well. Just because he missed one against the Dons, doesn't mean he would have missed against Fulham. Remember, his late equaliser against the Dons is the only reason we got to penalties anyway.
I still think Barny is a big player for us, but he and Wooden have scored very few goals this season, so Jay and Vyds can't do much worse. Certainly, the football we play when they are on the pitch is far more attractive to watch. I'd love to see them start against Villa.
Thought Corky was outstanding.
