Watching it.
Poor old M U had a 'goal' chalked off that looked good to me.
Such a shame, eh.

Yes should be 1-1, or 0-0.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 8:50 pmshould be 1-1 but for another dumb ref blowing for a non existent foul on a keeper

Could Sheffield United still survive? If they win tonight they’re 10 points from safety. Just less than Half the season to go....

Wow this is a horrendous result for United.
For all the posturing about Solskjaer in recent weeks, they’ve never impressed me when I’ve watched them - including against us.

Hahahahaha!!!
Re: Man U v Sheff United
They’re a mile away from being a title winning side, which is fairly amusing given how many of their fans have crawled out of the woodwork in recent weeks.jedi_master wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 9:51 pmWow this is a horrendous result for United.

Still Man City or Liverpool’s title.

I'm watching the Everton Leicester game match: thought I'd let you know Pickford makes another terrible misjudgment for Leicester's equaliser.

My hypothetical money is on Cavani nicking an equaliser here.

Re: Man U v Sheff United
City's title to lose now, and on their current form they'll be hard to finish above.

What a night. Burnley come from behind twice and score three goals. Now Manure get stuffed at home by Sheff U.

Well done the Blunts ..
Re: Man U v Sheff United
This is the one game where I don't mind a team below us winning. I'll happily let Sheff Utd have that one. So much for the big six in a super league.
Re: Man U v Sheff United
Thats two results tonight that I am very happy about.

Re: Man U v Sheff United
It makes teams attractive to watch apparently, but many teams are now getting wise to it, and deploying a higher press and forcing mistakes.DomBFC1882 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 10:08 pmGod knows why they continue to adopt this playing out from the back nonsense
City can get away with it, because most teams are wary of pressing them, and even when they do City normally have the skill to bypass the press.
But for the mere mortals it's not so easy, a rude awakening for Ole & Utd, and that's why the PL is so popular, it often throws up these types of upsets.
Sheff Utd's recent form is actually pretty decent, however they've left themselves such an uphill task, that survival is still a long shot for them.
