Re: Captain Sir Tom Moore
To be fair if I was offered a free flight to Barbados I’d be all over it.
Even more so if I was 100.

Re: Captain Sir Tom Moore
This looks grim as evidently he’s had pneumonia “ for weeks” Though can’t deny the hero a holiday in Barbados though seems a little bizzare . Incredible if he beats this
Re: Captain Sir Tom Moore
Hope he recovers because he’s been an absolute inspiration and is very much a worthy recipient of his recent knighthood, but you have to say the odds probably aren’t stacked in his favour, unfortunately.

Oh, what a terrible thing to happen. But why are we still allowing flights in/out for pleasure? Just bonkers.

Hoping for a speedy recovery for Tom what an inspiration he has been, can’t really blame him for going to Barbados, at 100 yrs old how many more opportunities will he get to go there?ClaretDiver wrote: ↑Sun Jan 31, 2021 6:54 pmVery sad indeed and I hope he gets through this but what on earth were his family thinking taking him to Barbados in December??
