That had to be a fk for the arm across Tarks face. What the hell is his arm doing stuck out thereif not to block Tarks run.

We must be bottom of the league for ball retention, poor passing and poor control, not down to city just poor players

Get Mumbongo on at half time, why not. We have no chance of getting back into this, ideal opportunity.

To be fair, we expected to be totally outplayed tonight. It's just a shame that Pope picked tonight to do a Pickford.

One down at HT would have had us in the game. Two down, not so easy to come back from.

Gudders is looking good again, when he gets a chance.

Glimmer, I’ve being saying that for 18 months about retention. First, I don’t think they play that way in training and second our midfield isn’t good enough to retain the ball ( something I have been saying for months and months).

I remember now why I gave up watching formula 1 when Shumacher just dominated it. You can also begin to understand why Scottish PL teams other than Rangers and Celtic get such low attendances.

I know its Man City buy Dyche gets the formation totally wrong everytime we played them, he learns nothing it's always 4 nil 5 nil and repeat, he surely must see 442 doesn't work v these

Abject. Purring about City and patronising us let's the players off the hook. They are making it sound like it is the FA Cup with a Conference team. We've been awful. Nothing to do with City, this is a bad Burnley performance. We have not competed. Sloppy and cowardly in possession. Pathetic.

This game is basically an irrelevance. Be nice to keep them under five for a change though. Main thing is the other game. Leicester keep this up at Fulham, it'll be a good night for us

The same old tactics every game vs City. Why not just try something different. Ok might lose still but we might surprise them.
Yes City are class but yet again we just make it all so easy for them.

They consistently get to tye line and feed it nicely across for their mate to tap in.
Some manage it once or twice. They just do it!

Vyds got hurt quite early on I think and is struggling somewhat, which is a shame because we've actually got in a few decent situations up front.

We ought to try something different and give them something to think about but we are going to lose anyway. It’s men against boys really. Be good to give a good run out for Mumbongo. I’d hook Jay Rod hardly noticed him on the pitch.
