Table of keepers Goals Prevented in The Times Sport on Monday
"Opta can calculate how many goals a goalkeeper has prevented: the difference between their goals conceded and the number of goals they would be expected to concede based on the quality of shots they have faced. According to this metric, Guaita has let in ten more goals than he ought to have conceded this season."
Nick Pope is top of this table with 7.2 goals prevented. Second place is Areola at Fulham with 4.8. Guaita is at the other end of the table -10.8. Only 6 are in positive territory. Alisson -0.9, Pickford -1.6 and De Gea -1.8.
