Barring his injury stint out it must be 3 or 4 years of him being consistently brilliant now and he still won't get a start for England.

I wonder if Pickford’s amazing distribution has contributed to a swing of 8.8 goals for Everton.

Thanks for posting the table, huw.Y.WattfromWare. I wish I knew how to do that.

There's an opportunity to merge two threads. Nick Pope's "goals prevented" record has also been posted on the "Keeping goals out" thread.

Guaita does not surprise me at all. He looked "small" against our forwards on Saturday, even though he is 6'2".

Meslier may be young but, he's cr@p. Got away with a big one against us, didn't manage to get away with similar against Arsenal.

As for Alisson?!

He’s another one of these young keepers with amazing reflexes but still haven’t learnt the position. Ramsdale is another. Keepers don’t reach their peak until they turn 30 nowadays. So every chance they will make it.

Pope just makes it look so easy.... A simple catch for him would see Pickford at full stretch finger tips knocking it around the post..... Linekar and the like would be salivating about how good he is and how he deserves the England cap.

I think we all know that... and not just Burnley fans. I don't want to lose him but seeing Pickford in goal for England is so wrong on so many levels.
