A lot of clamour for this front pairing from some but we do miss Barnes, in my opinion.

They’re just not holding the ball up there on the rare occasions it’s reaching them.

Very boring so far, Sam Johnstone has made the most saves in the PL.. hasn't had a shot to save yet, even with 10 men for 15 minutes.

Hopefully Dyche will sort them out at halftime, doesn't help with both Wood and Barnes missing to be fair.

I like both and have been clamouring for them to start together but Jay had a free header which he should’ve done better with and Vydra has been far too lightweight. He might’ve drawn the red card but it was a terrible decision from their centre half.

I’m quietly optimistic that they’ll both be better (as will the whole team) in the next 45.

There’s no doubt Vydra is a talent but I think at this level he’s just a little too lightweight to have any real impact. He didn’t half make some intelligent runs though.

He has good movement and runs but we don’t always spot them. I do think he lacks the instinct and composure as a goal scorer though.

Absolutely appalling. It was never going to be our day once we were kicking into the Jimmy Mac in the first half, which we never, ever do!! Cork absolutely the worst of an utterly woeful bunch. If we end up going down, Sean has to look at 45 minutes like that and say it's only fair.
