Footbal twin towns

I've seen a job in Kazahkstan and the town in question was twinned with other places, as if they were similar but in different geographic theatres of life.

Burnley is a football town, if you were to suggest twin football town and clubs for Burnley, who would you suggest?

Guingamp in Brittany. Small town (~10000), have played in Europe, held their own in French top flight, 20000 stadium. Football=town=Club. Been to see em a few times and the parallels are striking.
