Lowton defensive work is weak

Vydra our best player
I was just thinking this puts to bed any thoughts that JR and Vydra are good enough to start.

Spurs a team in shocking form losing 5 out of last 6 in the PL.

Sadly, today, Spurs looking in a different league altogether.

I was laughed at last week when suggesting playing the U23s at Spurs to give the lads a rest.

This chasing shadows isn't going to do us any good for the up coming games.
Even if Sean Dyche was stupid enough to follow your advice, I’m sure the premier league would have something to say about playing such a weakened team!

Considering Mee was the only one stepping up out of Sync with everyone else and leaving Bale unmarked.

If he hadn’t then he would have Bale marked.

He also been caught in no mans land a few times when Tottenham counter forcing Tarkowski to try and cover for him pulling him out of position.
Congratulations...you have managed to exceed even yourself in terms of posting horse sh1t

The way Spurs are attacking today, they’d beat most teams if not all teams - phenomenal is the only word for it.
They would not be allowed to play this way by other managers

They’re quality teams but there do seem to be some sides that Dyche seems to struggle to set up against, at times.

I’d be interested to see how we compare against these teams to others in an around the bottom, over the years. It feels like we get more than our share of these sort of hidings, but perhaps that’s not actually the case.

It’s chalk and cheese to our usually solid defence.
Our results tend to get a bit hidden when the likes of Palace lose 7-0 at home to Liverpool and Southampton have lost 9-0 twice in two seasons.

Rednapp just said that Burnley's midfield aren't close to being in the game and are allowing Spurs to run straight at a our back four. I couldn't agree more, I know it's my constant complaint and but we need a total upgrade in midfield and or a complete change of tactics in midfield.

We are probably on for our lowest ever scoring season already at this stage with 18 goals for worse than 1971 when we scored 29 in the whole season and got relegated.

It’s a phenomenon that has occurred often under Dyche. Typically away against a mid table side. The midfield 4 sort of drift, neither pressing high up or defending deep - easily passed through. Always ends badly.

Spurs have lost 5 of last 6 games which puts this into perspective. Just hope he gives Richardson a run out. Can’t do worse. Spurs have 11 points from last 36

The avalanche of ar5ehole comments had begun already I see... call yourself fans?

By all means critique the performance after the game, but support the bloody team whilst they’re playing eh
I can guarantee you that everyone of us critiques the game while it’s going on, when we are at the games, with those sat around us.

It’s part of watching the game, having an opinion of what is going on. It doesn’t mean that people aren’t supporting the team - not that any such support would have any bearing via an Internet forum!!

I can't believe people think we aren't doing to badly because of how Spurs are playing. We have been w@nk from back to front and could easily be 6 down. It's an easy game when you are afforded all the time in the world to pick a pass and build a move. Even more so when you have a few quality players. Where's our press, where's our up and at 'em?
I wouldn't say we've been bad in attack. Look a lot better than the last game. Just a shame we didn't attack like this vs West Brom.

If Mee had stuck to his job instead of crazily stepping out on his own then he would have been in a better position to cover Bales run. By stepping out he left Taylor looking the mug.

Tarkowski also, Mee was completely unaware where the rest of his back line were you don’t play the offside as deep as that without knowing where your team mates are. It was a poor decision which cost us a goal.
