Fulham have looked good these last five minutes.

Big test now of Tottenham's character.

The rules are clear. If it hits an attackers arm regardless of intent it can't be allowed.

Sorry.
But this is where the law is crap.
What chance did he have of avoiding that!
Absolutely garbage.

Everton never look interested
The only consistent rule of their season since about game 8 is that whenever they have had the chance of going above the kloppers, they have royally ****** it up no matter how bad the opposition.

The rule is clear on this but that goal is a perfect example of why it’s wrong. Arm by his side and had it not hit his arm would have hit his side and the trajectory of the ball would be virtually the same.

By law. Common sense needs to be used. Even the reply they looked at didn’t show the Fulham players head until after the ball hit. By the movement of his head he was looking the opposite way expecting the clearance to go down field.

His arm was also in a “natural” position. So all this nonsense spoken about arms being in “unnatural” positions and it’s handball is rubbish. We’re now asking players to put their arms in natural, no unnatural, natural, no unnatural positions or it’s handball. It’s nonsense.

What happened at half time? Has money changed hands? Spurs were so much better in the first half. They do almost look like they have been told to not win the match. IMHO anyway.

Fulham-Newcastle final day showdown looming large methinks. We're not out of the woods yet, but the strong display last night, and Fulham dropping more points over the past week helps us no end. The gap is back to 6, and the games are slowly counting down for the teams below us to make their move.

Good results for us but it's still all to play for.

Fulham could consider themselves unlucky not to get
at least a point and even though they've got a tough run in
during their last 11 games they do have 2 or 3 games that they could win
(us, Newcastle and Southampton).
They certainly gave Spurs a much better game than we did.
I think they'll need to get 12-14 points to avoid the drop
and hope one of the teams above them don't get more than 6-8.
It's interesting but not unexpected to see Fulham, West Brom and even Sheff. United
playing better and getting points on the board.

We still probably need 8 points to be safe and not lose to either Fulham or Newcastle.
It could go down to the last game where Fulham play Newcastle.
Hopefully we'll be safe be then and our last game against Sheff. Utd won't matter.

Fulham did play well 2nd half and could easily have got a draw. Spurs were very wasteful 1st half though & should've got themselves more goals when on top. In the end Spurs got away with it but the really good teams tend to get winning leads with so many chances/half chances.

Fulham do have a lot of players who are good on the ball and pass it around very crisply in midfield but their passing around at the back is often dodgy and they aren't very clinical up front; fairly nice to watch as a neutral but I guess frustrating for their supporters.

WBA and Blades are pretty much nailed on for relegation but Fulham are definitely still in with a chance of escaping- especially if Newcastle continue to struggle with injuries and morale.

4 actually, but 11 draws thus far, and that could prove their undoing.

Glad Fulham lost of course for obvious reasons but the hand ball law in that instance is beyond ridiculous. I like Scott Parker and think he'll do okay as a Manager.
